Mikumi is Tanzania’s fourth-largest national park. With almost guaranteed wildlife sightings, it makes an ideal safari destination. Lions survey their grassy kingdom – and the zebra, wildebeest, impala and buffalo herds that migrate across it – from the flattened tops of termite mounds, or sometimes during the rains, from perches high in the trees. Giraffes forage in the isolated acacia stands that fringe the Mkata River, islets of shade favoured also by Mikumi’s elephants.

ON DAY 5 THERE IS OPTION OF FLYING TO ZANZIBAR FOR FOUR NIGHTS IN OCEAN PARADISE BEACH RESORT AND SPA
Arrive to Dar es salaam, pick up from airport to Ramada Beach resort for dinner and overnight.
Pick up at 8:30 a.m from hotel with a safari car direct to Mikumi, stop over for lunch at Morogoro around 12:30 p.m.
Arriving to Mikumi 15:30 p.m for afternoon Game drive dinner and sleep at Camp Bastian.
After breakfast at 8:00 a.m a full game drive inside Mikumi National Park returning at Lunch time to the lodge, after lunch continuing with game drive until the sunset around 1830 hrs dinner and overnight at Tanapa camp. Optional on extra cost Night game drive.
Drive to udzungwa national park, enjoy its very beautiful mountainous scenery and its waterfalls.
